Hotel Cook — Evening Shift

The Hotel Cook role is onsite in Newport, KY, with compensation of $16–$17 per hour. The cook supports evening food service at Aloft Newport on the Levee, preparing menu items for hotel guests. This role prepares and executes dishes to established quality and presentation standards, helping deliver timely, consistent dining experiences. It also supports kitchen operations through station preparation, inventory monitoring, cleanliness, and assistance with training new staff.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu dishes to quality and presentation standards
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow health and safety regulations
• coordinate station setup and ingredient preparation
• execute guest orders accurately and promptly
• monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
• suggest menu ideas
• assist with training new kitchen staff.
