Youth Soccer & Basketball Coach

The Youth Soccer & Basketball Coach role is onsite in Washington, DC, serving children ages 2–8 in the DC area. Compensation is $20 per hour on weekdays and $25 per hour on weekends. Soccer Shots delivers youth sports sessions focused on sports skills and character development, with basketball programming expanding as part of its multi-sport offerings. The coach leads energetic, age-appropriate sessions that introduce children to soccer and may support the growing basketball program. The role contributes to children’s sports development and positive experiences through instruction, encouragement, and safe participation.

What you'll do

• Lead high-energy 30-minute sessions for children ages 2–8
• coach soccer and support basketball programming as it grows
• encourage sports and fitness participation
• bring an organized, patient, adaptable, and energetic approach
• complete required background screening
• travel to sessions using a valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle.
