Property Manager, Self-Storage

The Property Manager, Self-Storage role is onsite in Gulfport, MS, with compensation of $19 per hour. Absolute Storage Management’s property team supports customers renting storage units. The role manages customer rentals and service while maintaining the property’s records, cleanliness, inspections, and daily administrative operations. It also supports sales, competitor research, collections, deposits, and auctions in accordance with policy and law.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with renting units in person and by phone
• identify storage needs and explain rental processes
• support sales of rentals, insurance, and moving supplies
• resolve issues
• maintain and inspect the office, grounds, restrooms, and vacant units
• perform minor maintenance
• research competitors and report rates and specials
• monitor rates and revenue factors
• handle cash, balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, process deposits, and complete auctions according to policy and law. At participating locations, assist with rental truck programs.
