Preschool Teacher

The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Normal, IL. Pay is $16.50–$21.45 per hour. The role supports Cadence Education’s early childhood programs and classroom operations. The teacher helps create a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment that supports children’s developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. The role assists with curriculum delivery, classroom routines, family relationships, and safety and licensing compliance.

What you'll do

• Support an inclusive classroom
• greet children and families
• respond to individual needs and follow IEPs and behavioral plans as directed
• assist the Lead Teacher with curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• and participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
