What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• accompany clients to stores, appointments, pharmacies, and other outings
• assist with mobility exercises according to care plans
• observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing
• provide companionship and day-to-day support.

Why this role
