Staff Software Engineer — Hybrid

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered products end-to-end, including agentic workflows and LLM-powered features with production evaluations.
• Serve as technical lead and mentor for three junior engineers.
• Establish code review practices, engineering processes, and team workflows.
• Partner with the CTO, product manager, and customer success to understand customer needs and shape new products.
• Architect and deliver full-stack applications across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
