Account Manager — Pharmacy Services

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with facility decision-makers and staff
• serve as the main contact for assigned accounts
• support facilities on medication therapy and compliance with clinical and pharmacy operations teams
• address client inquiries and issues
• identify opportunities to expand services
• conduct training for facility staff
• make monthly onsite visits and report on customer success and improvement
• ensure compliance
• coordinate with internal pharmacy teams.
