What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, employees, and clients
• verify credentials and manage visitor and contractor access
• maintain access records
• screen vehicle traffic and direct drivers
• respond to incidents and access concerns using escalation procedures
• conduct facility, loading-area, parking, and perimeter patrols.
