What you'll do

• Provide bedside nursing care in accordance with facility policies and care plans
• administer medications and prescribed treatments
• monitor vital signs, symptoms, and resident condition
• document care and incidents
• communicate resident status and needs with physicians, families, and the care team
• follow infection-control, safety, and emergency-response procedures
• assist with staff orientation and participate in care-planning or quality-improvement meetings as needed.
