This position supports the Leidos Power Delivery Services Team, which provides critical engineering expertise to utility clients across the region. The role exists to execute substation physical and protection and control (P&C) projects. It contributes to the team's goals by performing quality control checks, designing complex substation drawings, and providing full project lifecycle support from scoping to implementation.

What you'll do

• Execute substation physical and P&C projects.
• Perform quality control checks on design projects.
• Design substation drawings including one-line, three-line, schematics, wiring, plan-section, conduit, and grounding drawings.
• Create and check bill of materials.
• Apply NESC requirements to design processes.
• Provide full project lifecycle support from scoping to implementation.
