What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, drawings, and bid documents
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• prepare proposals
• manage bids through handoff
• maintain bid logs
• coordinate submittals and vendor pricing
• evaluate roofing systems
• compare actual costs with estimates when applicable
• price scope changes
• communicate with project stakeholders
• assist with budgeting and forecasting.
