Project Manager – Software Implementations

The project manager leads multiple client implementations from contract signature through go-live. Clear plans, scope and budget management, and coordination among clients, internal teams, and vendors help deliver implementations on time and support company growth.

What you'll do

• Plan implementation scope, tasks, owners, timelines, and billing milestones
• lead client and internal status meetings
• maintain project status
• manage scope changes through written change requests
• track estimated and actual hours and flag variances
• coordinate implementation specialists, developers, and vendors
• manage billing milestones and invoice questions
• lead cutover and handoff to Support after go-live
• travel to client sites one to two times per month.
