Account Manager

The Account Manager role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA; compensation is not specified. Trucordia is building an insurance brokerage serving clients and communities through its network of offices. Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, the Account Manager serves as a client contact and coordinates new and renewal account placement, policy servicing, and carrier relationships. The role supports client retention and service by keeping account records current and working with producers, client managers, and other stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients
• manage placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across property and casualty and life and health lines
• gather underwriting information and prepare submissions
• maintain carrier relationships
• support renewals and account retention
• maintain records in AMS360
• coordinate with producers, senior client managers, and internal stakeholders
• handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and routine service requests.
