What you'll do

• Provide backup RN supervision
• supervise RNs, LVNs, and CNAs as assigned
• ensure CNA services are assigned, delegated, and supervised appropriately
• conduct or oversee assessments
• assist with physician-ordered care plans
• monitor patient progress
• maintain clinical documentation
• support audits and quality improvement
• report incidents
• and help onboard clients and scale clinical workflows.
