What you'll do

• Identify and qualify acquisition targets
• develop outreach strategies
• participate in financial analysis, valuation modeling, synergy assessment, and transaction documentation
• coordinate due diligence
• support business cases and internal approvals
• coordinate deal stakeholders and follow-ups
• lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution
• maintain integration plans and milestones
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• report progress
• and contribute to process improvements.
