What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, licensing, collaboration, development, technology transfer, SaaS, and cloud agreements
• advise technology companies on IP and commercial transactions
• counsel on technology strategy, product development, and commercialization
• support partnerships, alliances, and licensing
• advise on IP and technology issues in M&A, venture capital financings, and public offerings
• research emerging technology issues
• collaborate with corporate, IP, and venture capital attorneys.
