Procurement Project Administrator

What you'll do

• Plan and conduct procurement activities
• evaluate proposals and recommend awards
• prepare solicitations and contract specifications
• maintain procurement files under FTA guidelines
• participate in contract negotiations
• review compliance with policies and regulations
• verify requisitions and prepare purchase orders
• prepare contract paperwork and reports
• conduct market and cost analyses
• report selected DBE vendors
• track federally funded spending
• and confirm FTA funding with the Grant Administrator.
