What you'll do

• Manage community financial performance
• set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals
• lead and develop the onsite team
• handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning
• oversee the resident lifecycle from prospect to renewal
• manage rent collection, delinquency, and legal processes as needed
• partner with the Service Manager on property standards and readiness
• support marketing, outreach, and resident referral programs.
