What you'll do

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water supply and wastewater projects, including pump stations, treatment facilities, and conveyance or collection infrastructure
• lead business development, client and industry engagement, local strategy, proposals, and interviews
• build relationships with municipalities, utilities, and regional agencies
• mentor team members
• manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical integration across engineering disciplines
• engage with the local professional community.
