What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate activities
• arrange lifelong learning opportunities and trips for independent living and skilled nursing residents
• assist with the monthly calendar
• complete resident activity, spiritual, and MDS assessments
• transport residents as needed
• work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
