The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor role is onsite in Whitesboro, TX, with a schedule of 6 AM–10 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Compensation is not specified. The position supports nursing care at Whitesboro Wellness and Rehabilitation, a long-term care facility. What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice
• follow charting and incident-reporting procedures
• follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
• document and report changes in patient condition
• use the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs
• notify relevant departments of room changes, leave of absence, admissions, and discharges
• make rounds with physicians when necessary.

Why this role

Weekend schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM–10 PM. Current Registered Nurse license in the practicing state and current BLS/CPR certification, or willingness to acquire it, are required; nursing management experience is preferred but not required.
