Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
• assist with construction, preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance
• clean and replace HVAC filters
• maintain repair equipment and supply inventory
• complete assigned work orders
• develop knowledge of facility equipment and plumbing, electrical, irrigation, HVAC, and security systems
• unload freight when needed
• follow safety, quality, and regulatory training requirements
• perform other maintenance duties as requested.

Why this role

Requires a high school education or GED, valid driver’s license, and state approval for a cannabis agent badge. Two or more years of maintenance experience is preferred; cannabis experience is not required.
