What you'll do

• Prepare tables and place settings before service

• maintain bread and water service
• clear and reset tables between courses
• polish silverware
• complete side work
• keep bar-area cabinets and shelves stocked
• remove dirty linen and empty trash
• may assist with dishwashing.
