Spa Operations Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for Spa Attendants
• support team meetings and pre-shifts
• maintain the daily SOP workbook and training manual
• establish inventory, stocking, organization, and par-level systems across spa and fitness areas
• support monthly inventory counts and ordering
• oversee spa and fitness food-and-beverage offerings
• coordinate communication between spa coordinators and attendants
• help manage weekly attendant schedules
• lead cleanliness, presentation, organization, and service standards
• oversee Fitness Attendant responsibilities
• conduct walkthroughs and identify operational, maintenance, and supply needs
• provide real-time guidance and escalate concerns
• maintain leadership presence during busy periods, weekends, holidays, and special events
• assist with administrative work and process improvements.
