Communications Manager

What you'll do

• Manage, supervise, and provide strategic direction for the Communications Center
• lead communications supervisory staff
• monitor personnel
• review policies
• serve as an outside-agency communications liaison
• oversee training, evaluations, and dispatch records
• develop emergency call-handling and dispatch protocols
• monitor regulatory changes and technology needs
• coordinate with fire, police, EMS, and other agencies
• analyze call volumes and response times
• ensure compliance with applicable protocols.
