What you'll do

• Manage and service an existing book of commercial insurance clients
• review policies and identify coverage gaps or changing needs
• quote, shop, and remarket accounts with multiple carriers
• explain coverage options
• process endorsements, policy changes, certificates of insurance, cancellations, and service requests
• manage renewals
• communicate with clients, carriers, and underwriters
• gather underwriting information and submit applications
• identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities when appropriate.
