The Area Business Development Director is an onsite role based in Ettrick, VA, responsible for marketing initiatives across multiple hospitals for the Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Richmond. Compensation is not specified for this position, which serves in a senior leadership capacity. This role exists to ensure marketing initiatives are carried out across assigned hospitals, driving inpatient and outpatient census through the design and implementation of referral programs and customer service strategies. The Director manages and develops the hospital-wide Business Development team and creates an environment that enables the hospitals to fulfill their mission by meeting or exceeding performance goals.
