The Maintenance Technician — First Shift role is onsite in Ballinger, TX, with a base pay rate starting at $19.00 per hour, based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with weekend overtime as needed. Cornerstone Building Brands manufactures exterior building products and serves residential and commercial customers.

What you'll do

• Install, operate, maintain, modify, service, and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment, perform preventive maintenance and inspections, make building repairs, and follow safety procedures.
• Provide on-the-job direction to maintenance helpers and contribute to continuous improvement.
