Quality Control Technician — Days & Nights

The Quality Control Technician — Days & Nights position is onsite in Winchester, VA, paying $20–$26 per hour. The technician supports quality performance at the manufacturing facility. The role helps ensure products and processes meet company and customer expectations while improving quality systems and customer relationships. Through audits, data analysis, corrective actions, employee coaching, and documentation, the technician supports safe, consistent operations and the facility’s financial performance.

What you'll do

• Lead quality performance at the facility
• organize cross-functional teams to address internal and external problems
• train and coach employees on quality systems
• monitor standard work and policies
• conduct layered audits and operational risk assessments
• validate product compliance, control charts, and measurement systems
• investigate customer complaints and develop corrective actions
• support product qualifications
• maintain quality documentation and reports
• support plant housekeeping, GMP, and product safety requirements.

Why this role
