Hospice Music Therapist

What you'll do

• Provide music therapy interventions under the Clinical Director’s direction
• assist patients with symptoms including anxiety, depression, isolation, agitation, restlessness, sleeplessness, pain, and tension
• educate the clinical team about treatment appropriateness and contraindications
• complete clinical notes, charting, and coordination notes within 24 hours of sessions.
