What you'll do

• Assist with food ordering, storage, and preparation as directed
• assist cooks
• prepare and label nourishments
• portion desserts, salads, and other non-entree foods and pour beverages
• follow production and pre-preparation sheets
• wash, peel, and cut produce
• slice and measure or weigh meat
• follow cleaning schedules
• clean equipment and work areas
• sweep and mop floors, take trash out, wash pots and pans, and wash and store dishes and silverware
• meet meal schedules.
