What you'll do

  • Perform facility upkeep and equipment repair and preventive maintenance
  • troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, electrical, and electronic equipment
  • suggest cost-saving upgrades
  • assist with SOPs and the preventive maintenance program
  • coordinate maintenance projects
  • maintain office furniture and equipment
  • assist with snow removal, sidewalk maintenance, and lighting replacement
  • complete work orders and source parts
  • perform other maintenance duties as needed.
