What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and verify invoices
• bill customers according to contractual terms and company policies
• communicate with customers to resolve billing questions and disputes
• maintain receivable records and apply payments and credits
• contact customers about aged and past-due balances
• identify delinquent accounts and recommend collection actions
• report on aging and collection metrics
• analyze payment trends and suggest ways to improve collections and reduce DSO.
