The role oversees dietary personnel and meal service to help ensure residents receive appealing, high-quality meals that meet their dietary requirements. Working with the Dietary Manager, the supervisor supports department operations, production planning, food and equipment procurement, and facility-wide special events.

What you'll do

• Supervise and monitor dietary personnel
• prepare and serve meals according to residents’ dietary requirements
• contribute to production planning, forecasting, and recipe development
• assist with food and equipment procurement and storage
• help ensure meals meet quality standards and budget constraints
• operate kitchen equipment and adaptive tools
• respond to residents’ requests
• collaborate on facility-wide special events
• assume responsibility for the department when the Dietary Manager is absent.
