Maintenance Technician Specialist

The Maintenance Technician Specialist role is onsite in Three Rivers, MI, and pays $22–$27 per hour. The position is with CDR ProSource and supports industrial equipment and facility maintenance for manufacturing operations. The technician performs preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, troubleshoots electrical and mechanical systems, and responds to equipment breakdowns. This work helps minimize production downtime, maintain equipment performance, and support workplace safety. Overtime and weekend work may be needed.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, AC/DC motors, transformers, and industrial controls
• diagnose PLC issues and make basic program modifications
• maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, and other industrial systems
• interpret schematics, drawings, blueprints, and relay logic
• use diagnostic and electrical testing equipment
• document work in a CMMS or work-order system
• follow safety procedures
• and assist with facility maintenance and other projects. Overtime and weekends may be required as needed.
