Service Technician

The Service Technician role is onsite in Westminster, CO. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, including base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. The role helps maintain safe, clean properties and responds promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests.

What you'll do

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances
• respond promptly and professionally to work orders
• inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness
• alert the Service Manager and Property Manager to issues requiring attention.
