Home Care Aide

The Home Care Aide works onsite in clients’ homes in Grand Prairie, TX. Compensation is $15.50–$21.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with transfers, bathing, grooming, and mobility devices
• change linens and perform light laundry
• keep living areas clean and hazard-free
• provide medication reminders and record basic vitals or observations
• engage clients in reading, reminiscence, or simple chair exercises
• document care notes and report changes to the RN or Care Supervisor.

Why this role

Requires completion of an accredited Home Health Aide program or equivalent, at least one year of paid home-health, hospice, or facility experience, reliable transportation, and CPR certification or willingness to earn it within 30 days. Hoyer experience or willingness to learn is requested.
