What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
• follow direction from the clinical team and registered nurse oversight
• follow the plan of care and clinical and office policies
• maintain required Pennsylvania or multistate LPN licensure and BLS CPR card as stated in the posting
• provide care involving G-tube, trach, or ventilator needs, or be willing to train.
