What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services
• coordinate resident care plans
• communicate policies and monitor staff practices
• participate in admissions and management meetings
• evaluate nursing personnel
• oversee schedules, recruitment, and staff development
• support infection control, quality improvement, surveys, and corrective actions
• communicate with residents, families, and care partners
• act in an administrative capacity when the Administrator is absent.
