What you'll do

• Administer Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and other SaaS tools, including user provisioning and access management.
• Provide in-person Austin office support and executive-level technical support.
• Configure and maintain employee laptops, primarily macOS, using Jamf or similar tools.
• Support AV systems and Zoom Rooms.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, triage IT tickets, collaborate with IT and Security on process improvements, automate repetitive support tasks where appropriate, and follow HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, and internal security standards.
