What you'll do

• Manage vendor relationships and support tickets through completion
• communicate system failures, outages, and upgrades
• coordinate vendor and leadership meetings
• follow up on security improvements
• prepare recurring IT and security reports
• coordinate penetration testing and security audits
• participate in disaster recovery planning
• manage vulnerability scans and remediation
• administer business systems and access platforms
• support user onboarding and offboarding.
