Clinical Director, START Programs

What you'll do

• Provide clinical direction for START services
• advise senior leadership on clinical priorities and program development
• supervise and coach START Coordinators
• consult on complex cases
• support certification and training
• oversee documentation and data entry
• provide onsite observation and backup crisis support as program needs require
• review clinical records and promote trauma-informed, evidence-based practice
• monitor quality, model fidelity, and risk
• collaborate with the Medical Director, families, providers, and community partners.
