Job overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is an onsite, part-time or full-time position serving the Metro Worcester, MA area, with center-based and home-based services. Pay is $80 per hour. The AKABA team provides applied behavior analysis services to clients ages 3–22 with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
What you'll do
- Supervise ABA therapists
- develop client programming and Behavior Intervention Plans
- provide parent training
- conduct intakes and assessments, including VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, and AFLLS
- attend IEP and quarterly meetings
- support direct therapy in home and community settings.
