Quality Systems Specialist

The Quality Systems Specialist role is onsite in Burnsville, MN. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The specialist maintains and improves core Quality Management System processes, helping ensure controlled documentation, training, audits, corrective actions, and records are effective and consistently managed. The role partners across the organization to support disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Maintain and improve QMS processes for document control, records, training, audits, corrective action, nonconformance, and risk management
• administer the ETQ document control system
• coordinate controlled-document migration
• track training requirements
• support internal and external audits
• track findings and corrective actions
• report QMS metrics
• coordinate RMA activities and records.
