The coordinator helps refugee clients pursue employment and economic independence by assessing needs, creating individualized service plans, connecting clients with employers and community resources, and providing practical support through job readiness, applications, and onboarding.

What you'll do

• Develop individualized service plans and assess client strengths, needs, and employment barriers
• build employer relationships and identify job opportunities
• lead weekly employment workshops
• coordinate community services and interpretation
• facilitate client meetings and advocate for clients
• assist with onboarding paperwork, resumes, job leads, and applications
• maintain program documentation and funder data
• prepare required reports and narratives
• work a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings and weekends
• frequent local travel is required and some overnight travel may occur.
