What you'll do

• Manage agency charges, demand letters, employment litigation, and arbitrations
• coordinate discovery, legal holds, and outside counsel
• advise HR and property leaders on terminations, corrective actions, investigations, leave, accommodations, and return-to-work matters
• review and draft handbooks, policies, and employment agreements
• monitor multi-state legal developments
• and support training and insurance claims.
