What you'll do

• Recruit frontline candidates from sourcing and screening through offers, background checks, and onboarding
• partner with station and Operations leaders on staffing needs and new market launches
• share regional labor-market and pay insights
• track recruiting metrics and improve processes
• support salaried hiring as needed
• plan virtual and onsite hiring events and group interviews
• guide candidates through training
• coordinate with Safety and Compliance on regulated hiring checks
• maintain candidate records in ADP Workforce Now and related systems
• support employment branding and relationships with job boards, community partners, and agencies.
