Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist role is onsite in Bryan, OH, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. The stated pay range is $24–$26 per hour. The role supports Doc’s Diesel warehouse operations and works closely with the Warehouse Execution Supervisor and Shipping/Receiving team. The specialist maintains accurate inventory across warehouse systems and physical locations, investigates discrepancies, and helps correct their root causes. This work supports reliable receiving, storage, and outbound inventory handling as the company scales its auto parts business.

What you'll do

• Maintain inventory records in Descartes Peoplevox, NetSuite, and warehouse locations
• perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and damages
• verify incoming shipments with Receiving
• track inventory movement using handheld computers and warehouse systems
• safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• communicate issues and process improvements to the Operations Manager.
