What you'll do

• Receive and put away deliveries
• break down beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
• prepare specialty products such as sausage and cured meats
• explain cooking techniques and cuts to customers
• train and mentor team members
• follow weights and measures, health, sanitation, and safe-work procedures
• operate and sanitize equipment.
