What you'll do

• Stock kitchen and food pickup areas
• assist chefs and servers with expediting food
• follow preparation instructions and special requests
• serve and identify dishes professionally
• perform tableside preparation as needed
• explain menu items and take additional food and beverage orders
• communicate guest requests or complaints to servers, bus staff, management, or the chef
• help clear dishes when needed
• clean and restock assigned areas
• follow food-handling and health regulations
• perform busser or buffet-runner duties when requested.
